I've tried this recipe before, honestly it's not Honey Pearry. Not even a good fake. This recipe has been floating around for years now. I've always wanted to try it with Capella or Flavor Arts Honeydew though. I think its mainly the TFA Honeydew doing this recipe wrong as the Pear and strawberry Ripe are fantastic flavors! I've also added Apricot to this recipe and this brought it just a little closer to the real thing.
