Perfect Caramel Toffee v.2.1

I have been vaping this flavor for many moons! Going on 10 years actually! I have loved it, as I love caramel. I keep reworking the recipe, trying to make it better. I've added flavors, removed flavors, adjusted volumes of flavors, on and on. This seems to be my best mix yet! It has a good caramel flavor with a hint of toffee, making it out to be a creamy soft caramel candy flavor! It could probably use some TFA Marshmallow, as I had in v.2, but it works as it is. And it's also very simple to make!! So give it a try, and let me know what you think!
