This is a very simple and tasty recipe. I thought of giving it 4 stars because of my preference (less coconut) but some may like it. The sour parts nicely with the sweet strawberry. That, mixed with Coconut, gives it a nice body. High notes, or a note, could be the sour part. Coconut is ever present in the inhale/exhale and it overpowers other flavors in the aftertaste.
