Math is hard. There's 19% flavoring in this. So if you wanted to make the flavoring w/o the PG/VG, 19ml flavor per 100ml VG/PG would put you at 19%.

I wanna ask is this to make a flavor shot ? And if it should be a flavour shot i wanna ask the 10 ml should be mixed with base of 100 ml or what ?
