I made this recipe and the result was pretty good although, for my tastebuds there was too much blueberry which overpowered the Belgian waffle which did not come through for me. I actually let it steep for a month, after 75hr it was pretty non-descript tbh. I intend to try mixing again but this time increasing the percentage of Belgian waffle and decreasing the percentage of Blueberry to see if I can get closer to the original. My sense is that it may also benefit from Maple Syrup which I don't currently have but will get if my re-mix does not show results.
