Interesting flavor combination, until I saw the amounts. 30% Flavor???? WAY WAY too much, you're wasting your money using that much flavoring. In DIY, less is more - the more flavors, the harsher it gets with a steep. Even cutting the levels in half would be too much - 6% toasted marshmallow? more like 1.5% - AT MOST, regardless of recipe. 4% Meringue? Also way too high, 2% at most and at 2% - that's all you'll taste. Not to mention, FA is the best Meringue there is - it's expensive for a reason. Save your money hommie - good idea though.
