After 4 days of steeping (warming, shaking, burping) I gave it a try. Not a very complex flavor. I have never found marshmallow to be a very good or even useful flavor and I think it couldn't be more obvious in this recipe. Also the the overall % is fairly low. I think it would probably be better at 15-20% minus the mallow.
