Public Juice After Eighteen (Mint Chocolate)

Sidenotes: 1. Use Nitecore Steeper to steep the 100ml for 48 hours to reach the 2 weeks steep earlier 2. Use FA: Wizard to bind the flavors nicely. I would go 2-3 drops per 10ml with the Wizard. 3. If you are feeling naughty, add 2% TPA Marshmellow ;) 4. If you are a sweet tooth use Double Chocolate 4% and Vanilla Swirl 2%. It dims down on the mint and brings up the choco madness. 5. For a more mild chocolate use Capella Sweet Cream 1% ******************************************************************* Public Juice is a series of premium liquids made by Capella and they are tasty. I've come to like the whole series a lot and looking to figure out the recipes for the others from the series. I have taken upon myself to find a recipe for After Eighteen and tweak it a little. So far I can not tell the difference from the real deal. Then again one can't really judge their own recipe. Please leave me your feedback and tweak ideas.
